We began our journey in 2009, when Evgeny and Adam met working at INTERPOL. They started a friendship that grew into a mutual passion for disruptive technology and cryptocurrency.
Inca now boasts a team of some of the best mathematicians, engineers, and information security experts around the world. We are a remote only company with “meet up locations” in DC, Tokyo, Paris, and St. Petersburg.
Evgeny built IT surveillance systems for the Central Bank of France, designed database access solutions for INTERPOL, and helped Diebold secure electronic voting systems during U.S. presidential elections. No elections were hacked on his watch! He is currently completing his PhD in Computer Science at the Sorbonne.

Adam is a social entrepreneur, a former U.S. Air Force prosecutor, and an Afghanistan Campaign veteran. He has managed and developed projects around new technology for international organizations like INTERPOL and the World Health Organization. When not working, Adam enjoys practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. One time he fought Relson Gracie in Brazil. He lost.
Égor received his Master’s degree in applied linguistics from the Sorbonne University in Paris. His dark past hides his vast experience building language models for one of the oldest machine translation companies in the world. He has viking beard rings and is collecting karma points to go to Valhalla.
Andrey is a software developer who studied information security and applied mathematics at ITMO University. Besides Java, Kotlin, Python, and С++, he likes to work with neural networks and distributed systems. Andrey is currently working on Inca’s blockchain-based authentication system prototype and is helping our ABM team.
Anastasiia is a student at ITMO University. Her past projects include a short stint at Kaspersky Lab and building an object recognition system based on Haar cascades. Now she is contributing to Inca’s scientific efforts with the voice biometrics team and is helping build out our content delivery network.
Zach is a recent graduate with a focus in neuroscience and computer programming. He is passionate about the computational properties of the brain and is working on utilizing cognitive theories for machine learning applications.

He is a newly commissioned officer in the U.S. military, recent college graduate, FinTech advocate, and former personal banker. While studying Information Security at ITMO University, Yulia did machine learning research for the Multiagent Systems Laboratory. She also spent a summer ar Kaspersky Lab working on their CSF platform. She is now splitting her time between Inca’s voice biometrics project and NLP project.

Konstantin is a data scientist with a broad curiosity for predictive modeling. With years of experience in banking, his primary interests are trade-offs and practical limitations in model implementations. His love for probability theory made him money, but cost him all of his poker buddies.
Alex developed a content management system based on an XML stack for the International Centre of Financial and Economic Development (ICFED / Wolters Kluwer Russia) Publishing Holding before joining the Acronis cloud team as a back-end developer. He’s a utility-man across Inca projects who dabbles in chess, listens to psytrance, and occasionally plays the greatest game currently in existence from an ideological, not technical, perspective: HMM 3.5.

Julia is a student at ITMO University, where she studies Information Security. She is contributing to Inca's scientific research efforts and is helping build out our distributed infrastructure. Before joining the Light Side, she worked on control systems for swarms of self-organizing UAVs.

Andrew is a rising 3L at Georgetown University Law Center specializing in corporate and securities law. His past experiences include working for an asset management firm, a Capital Markets/M&A law firm, and a stint interning at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he developed a passion for digital currency regulation. Outside of his professional endeavors, Andrew is an avid traveller and long-suffering Arsenal fan.
Vasileios just defended his Ph.D. thesis focused on Coordinated Heterogeneous Intelligent Multi-Agent Systems and recently certified from Deeplearning.ai and Udacity. He has experience in applying deep learning architectures in a number of domains. In his free time, he teaches programming and practices BJJ and Sanshou Sanda.
